In order to protect the interests of customers and implement the company's requirements for "high-end quality and high-end service", the company decided to disclose the "ten bans on customer service" of the customer department for the supervision of customers and the society. The specific content is as follows:


1. It is forbidden to call or rush to the customer site to solve the problem without any reason;


2. Random quotations, arbitrary charges, or failure to issue corresponding receipts or invoices are prohibited;


3. It is forbidden to ask customers for property, gifts, and make unreasonable requirements such as food and accommodation;


4. Excessive and dishonest words and deeds to customers are prohibited;


5. It is forbidden to violate the working hours and related rules and regulations of the client unit;


6. Any words and deeds that harm the interests of customers (including leaking of customers' commercial secrets) are prohibited;


7. Smoking and drinking during working hours are prohibited;


8. It is forbidden to enter and exit dance halls, bars, nightclubs and other places and gather crowds for gambling;


9. It is forbidden to recommend or introduce low-quality spare parts and accessories to customers and promise any equipment changes that have not been evaluated;


10. It is forbidden to leave the post or leave the client unit without authorization during working hours, and the client can leave the client unit only after the client has signed and confirmed that the relevant problems have been resolved.


For customer service personnel who have been complained by customers more than 3 times, once confirmed, the company will transfer or dismiss them.
